By using the Rimol Care website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be able to enter a valid contract under Nigerian law or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

We try to present product names, descriptions, ingredients, directions, sizes, prices, images, and availability clearly. Packaging, color, texture, or ingredient details may change from time to time. Always read the label and directions supplied with the product before use.

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability without notice. A discount may have conditions such as start dates, end dates, limited stock, or product exclusions. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve stock until the order is completed.

After checkout, we may send an order confirmation or payment instruction. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is not completed, product information is incorrect, stock is unavailable, delivery details are incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to a delivery partner.

Online card and supported electronic payments are processed through Paystack. Paystack may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Rimol Care does not store your full card details. Bank transfer orders are reviewed after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, payment confirmation, public holidays, courier delays, incomplete addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Delivery fees and available methods are shown during checkout where applicable.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Skincare and beauty products are hygiene-sensitive, so opened, used, tampered, or improperly stored products may not be accepted unless the issue is caused by damage, defect, or our fulfilment error.

Rimol Care products are cosmetic and personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results vary by skin type, routine, environment, and individual sensitivity. Review ingredients before use, patch test where appropriate, and stop use if irritation occurs. Seek medical advice for persistent reactions or specific skin conditions.

The Rimol Care name, website content, product photography, copy, graphics, logos, and related materials belong to Rimol Care or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Rimol Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, delayed delivery, product misuse, or inability to access the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend, withdraw, or update any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled under Nigerian law by courts or dispute-resolution bodies with appropriate jurisdiction.
